What happens if the product breaks?

  1. Report the issue in our support chat

  2. Complete a technical support form detailing what parts require attention and a sequence of events from operators

  3. A2Z assesses the report and provides recommended course of action within 24hrs

  4. If the failure is due to product malfunction, A2Z will cover the cost of repair

  5. If the failure is due to product misuse, the customer will cover the cost of repair

What happens if product is lost?
If a product is lost, the customer will be liable for the direct purchase price of the lost product. If the customer chooses not to continue with their service, they are also liable for half of the outstanding service fees of their term.

Who is liable for the operations?
The customer is the operator and is fully responsible for their operations. We require our customers to purchase insurance before they begin their operations.

Who owns the product?
A2Z owns the product regardless of how long the service term.

Is the product new?
In most cases, the product is new. If not, it will be certified refurbished.

How long are the contract terms?
They start at 6 months and can be extended to meet customers' needs.

How do customers end their contracts?

Customers may choose to not renew the contract, or submit a request for early termination.

The cost of early termination is 50% of the remaining contract. Customers may not terminate the contract during the first 6 months.

What happens if the product is returned late?

A late fee is applied.

What happens if the customer does not pay the monthly fee?
If A2Z does not receive the monthly fees, the drone and dock will be remotely disabled. The customer must return the products and will owe A2Z the early termination fee.

Can the drone and docks be customized?
Yes, the outer shell of the drone can be customized with the customer’s graphics. The client web application can also be white-labeled. Only visual customization is permitted. No other modifications to the product are allowed.

How are web services charged?
The client web application costs $250/month per drone and is billed together with the monthly service fee.

Who owns the batteries?
Customers purchase and own their own batteries.
